Andrey Ragulin is a doctor of juridical sciences, associate professor, the advocate of the Moscow Chamber of advocates, head of the Centre for the study of the organization and operation of the Advocacy of the Eurasian Scientific Research Institute of Problems of Law.
Andrey Viktorovich Ragulin was born in the Ufa city.
Graduated from law department of the Bashkir economical and legal college (2000), law department of East institute of economy, the humanities, managements and it is right (2003). Lawyer.
Doctor of jurisprudence (2015), associate professor (2009).
Subject of the master's thesis: "Hooliganism: criminal and legal aspects" (12.00.08, Chelyabinsk state university, Chelyabinsk, 2005). Subject of the doctoral dissertation: "Professional privileges of the advocate defender in the Russian Federation: questions of the theory and practice" (12.00.11, Russian university of friendship of the people, Moscow, 2015).
The author of more than three hundred scientific and educational and methodical works, on problems of the organization of legal profession, activity of the advocate-defender in criminal legal proceedings, improvement of a regulation and protection of the professional rights of the advocates, criminal law, criminal procedure law, criminology.
Main directions of scientific researches: problems of practical realization and protection of the professional rights of the advocate in criminal legal proceedings, activity of the advocate-defender in criminal legal proceedings, actual problems of qualification of crimes.
