Organisational fee

The publication of articles in journal is carried out on a free basis.

As the publisher provides a service in distribution of the published articles and other materials among profile scientific audience in continuous free access for the unlimited period of time by means of the website of journal (http://www.eurasian-advocacy.ru/skachat-zhurnal), Scientific electronic library "Elibrary.ru" (http://elibrary.ru/title_about.asp?id=33667), Scientific electronic library "Kiberleninka" (http://cyberleninka.ru/journal/n/evraziyskaya-advokatura), Sotsionet System (https://socionet.ru/collection.xml? h=spz:cyberleninka:31424), Prescopus website (Russia) (http://ores.su/ru/journals/evrazijskaya-advokatura/), website of the Readera company (https://readera.ru/journals/1401028) and groups on social networks "VKontakte" (https://vk.com/eurasianadvocacy), and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/472972236246826/? fref=ts) and also by means of implementation of mailing of the journal according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, is established the organizational fee, defined proceeding from the volume of the submitted publication.

The size of an organizational fee is estimated as follows now: 4623 signs of the presented material = 1 page of the journal = 2350 rubles.

The organizational fee is paid only after adoption of the submitted manuscript to the publication on the basis of the positive conclusion of the reviewer (reviewers).

The possibility of release from an organizational fee or decrease in the size of a contribution for authors-representatives of the countries with the low level of economic development, cases is provided when the conducted research has no financial support and also in the presence of others, the circumstances deserving attention. Authors can direct a reasoned statement about release or decrease in a contribution to Editorial council of the journal by e-mail. The decision on the statement is made individually taking into account the circumstances given in him confirmed with the scanned copies of documents which are applied to him and taking into account the scientific value of article which is been to the publication. Decision-making term according to the statement is no more than 21 day from the moment of receipt.
